Evaluation of the Importance of Cross-Cutting Competencies (Transferable Skills) in Medical Practice

This questionnaire is intended for specialist doctors and residents in the process of specialization. It aims to understand the importance attributed to certain specific skills in different medical specialties.

Dear Doctor, we are grateful for your willingness to dedicate a few minutes of your time to fill out this questionnaire, which should take approximately 10 minutes. We invite you to evaluate (on a scale of 1 to 10) the importance of each of 19 selected skills in the context of your field of specialization.

This study, part of a research project for the attainment of a University Diploma in Health Sciences Education at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ-Lebanon), is conducted by Asst. Prof. Sandra Kobaïter Maarrawi under the supervision of Prof. Marwan Nasr and under the auspices of the Pedagogy Committee of the Facuty of Medicine at USJ. This questionnaire has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Hôtel Dieu de France Hospital (USJ Hospital Center) [CEHDF 2324]. The collected information respects anonymity and will be treated confidentially. It will be used for academic purposes only.
